VALENTINE’S DAY….

It’s cheesey for sure but you can’t beat a bit of cheese once a year particularly on Valentine’s Day. Mrs Monkfish threw these together yesterday for Mr M, now if that’s not love what is? Recipe for Gingerbread cookies from Dan Lepard’s Short&Sweet, the addition of cocoa and cinnamon gives them the edge we think.

A lot has happened since then! We’ve eaten a lot, drunk a lot, travelled a bit, put on a few pounds, lost a few pounds and brought mini monkfish into the world… Mrs Monkfish still has time for baking but now has two boys to feed rather than one. HAPPY CHRISTMAS MONKFISH FANS…

Ho ho ho…..a very happy christmas to all mymonkfish fans!

Remember, Christmas is ALL about the eating, and the drinking, and the over indulgence, don’t hold back! Jogging bottoms are a ‘great look’. And if your christmas lunch, pudding or cake didn’t (or don’t) go according to plan, panic ye not, there’s always next year…
