SNOWED IN, ONLY ONE THING FOR IT, MORE BAKING!

Couldn’t resist this, as the snow fell in Edinburgh (again….) there was only one thing for it, more baking… I wasn’t going to leave the house today so I thought I’d put the time to good use and bake a few cookies….and seeing as this is the FESTIVE SEASON I swiftly reached for Nigella’s Christmas book, where else?  Kettle on, tea pot filled, best china cups at the ready, Christmas movie on TV – you couldn’t write it! Sunday afternoon’s don’t get better than this….happy happy
