Welcome to mymonkfish.com. Est.2009. We are here to entertain and inform you with food related ‘tails’.

Stories about the round heads in square holes, the crazy people, the ones who are doing things differently.

United by strong values, beliefs, ideas and the tastes that they leave in our mouths and minds. The people and organisations moving forward what we eat, where we eat and with whom. The artisan producers. The craft brewers. The inspiring restaurateurs. The butchers, the bakers and the makers.

From Monkfish Towers, our home in Scotland’s capital, we champion and celebrate the local round heads. But with our other eye we take inspiration from those afar. Always looking forward but sometimes looking back.

Away from the mymonkfish.com window we are busy collaborating with our partners, providing on or offline content wherever it’s needed, increasing their likes and growing their followers.

While the crazy people are busy with their passions we are helping to scream and shout about what they’re up to. And it works, we have tails to prove it.
